Under 19s take centre stage

The Seniors and Reserves have the bye this weekend but the Under 19s are in action, hosting Collegians at Boss James Reserve on Saturday and we welcome everyone along to see the young Rovers.

The boys went down to Collegians by 100 points back in round 7 at Harry Trott Oval but will regain a few players for this round 16 clash. The Rovers play their final three games of the regular season at home, with matches against Old Ivanhoe and Old Brighton following this.

The Under 19s have struggled of late due to a number of players running around up in the seniors, finishing games with less than 18 players on more than one occasion. The Rovers currently sit seventh on the ladder, or second last, with Collegians fourth.

The game kicks-off at 2pm – we encourage everyone to get along to Boss James Reserve and support the next generation.

The bar will be open following the game at around 4:30pm.

Then from 7pm until late, it's the Rovers iPod Shuffle Night. View details >
