The Hampton Rovers Football Club is seeking applications for the role of Senior Men’s Assistant Coach for the 2025 season.
The Rovers are a proud community football club, affiliated with the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), with a celebrated history dating back to 1929. Season 2025 will see the club again field five teams in the VAFA: Seniors Men’s and Reserves, Development/Thirds, Under 19’s and Senior Women’s. The club has a strong pathway fielding 30+ junior teams in the SMJFL and has a large Auskick program with 200 participants.
The Senior Men’s team will return to Premier B of the VAFA in 2025 after earning promotion in 2024, with home games returning to Boss James Reserve following the redevelopment of its facilities over the past 12 months.
The Assistant Coach will work closely with Senior Coach Marty Pask and the rest of the senior coaching group. Applicants are expected to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and previous coaching experience is preferred, but not essential.
